Why should you refer a dicitonary everytime you come across a new word when there is a way to hold a full dictionary in your OWN MEMORY?

Why should you STAMMER while communicating through ENGLISH or any other foreign language when there is a way to communicate fluently with atmost style of communicating?

Why can't you give a try since everything is happening through a GAME?
